We’re opening a waitlist for an upcoming keynote by our founder Gerrit, built around a simple idea: a lot of what we believe about leadership is… nonsense.
Because we expect leaders to be endlessly empathic, always certain, flawlessly communicative, and capable of steering through constant change—without ever showing doubt. But that “leader as a hero” story doesn’t just set leaders up to fail; it sets teams up for disappointment too.
